About

WORK HARD / ROCK HARD

As an award winning multidisciplinary designer whose focus is on building successful products, I do my best to deliver apps with unique user experience, seamless interaction, impressive visual design and strong identity.

I’m a proponent of Lean UX methodologies for an agile, inclusive, transparent, collaborative and informed design process, and peer-designing as a mentorship approach. A qualified architect, with a keen eye for detail and practical solutions.

My proficiency in a variety of front-end technologies and knowledge of the business side of things helps me put the product and the customer first and contribute to a streamlined process with features shipped on time.

I think design should be primarily about problem solving and visual intelligence. Great designs are invisible and stay out of the way of completing goals. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Over the years I had the pleasure of designing variety of successful SaaS products for brands like Pathable (client list: Amazon, Microsoft, NBA All Stars, Yahoo, etc.), Tickr (client list: Coca Cola, Marriott, Johnson Controls, etc.), Schilling, Mad Mimi & Attainr, headed the design of 3 web apps for the Ministry of Health of Rwanda funded by USAID & CHAI, and helped a lot of startups have a smooth take off.

Co-funded and designed an award winning community driven application Popravi.mk for reporting urban and infrastructure problems in Macedonia. Volunteered for Rails Girls, RubyFuza, Rails Bridge, Attaturk’s Memorial House and the Macedonian Helsinki Committee.

Also a passionate guitar player, photographer & drone enthusiast, mountain biker, comics and records collector, cult films fan and more.
